Conditions being what they are...

I have spent the majority of my adult life being unhappy with my weight. Mind you, I'm not considered "overweight" but I have just never been happy with my weight.
Seems like a good time to do something about it.
This trip will make a great goal for getting in shape and working through the health aspect of better living. Running a few times per week is a good start and will help with the cardio as well as the weight.
